Fully adults-only stays
Wynn's Tower Suites and Encore are effectively adults-only in vibe if not policy, with quiet pools and no family marketing. Delano at Mandalay Bay is all-suite, all-adult, and its Moorea Beach Club is topless-optional. Vdara is my top pick — no casino, no smoke, quiet Sky Pool deck, and rooms from $180 midweek. Nomad Las Vegas at Park MGM is small, boutique and free of the family crush. Skip anywhere with 'family' in the marketing copy.
Adults-only pool decks worth booking
Bare at The Mirage (soon rebranding), Moorea at Mandalay Bay and Venus at Caesars are the topless-optional decks — usually $30 to $50 cover for non-guests. For quieter adults-only without the party, try Cascata at Caesars, Boulevard Pool at Cosmopolitan (adults-only on weekend nights), and the Sky Pool at Vdara. Encore Beach Club is 21-plus but it's a full dayclub — bring earplugs and a $300 budget for a daybed.
Good to know
Questions, answered
Can I bring my kid to a topless pool?
No — those decks require ID at the door and are strictly 21-plus, regardless of guardian.
Are dayclubs the same as adults-only pools?
Dayclubs are 21-plus pool parties with DJs, cover charges and bottle service starting around $600. Adults-only pool decks are quieter, sometimes with music but no dance floor and no cover for hotel guests.
